Horizontal fire tube boiler

This design of steam boiler provides a large thermal mass and therefore can supply a large volume of steam wile still maintaining a steady state operation. As such, these boilers are very useful for any industry that requires a high quantity of steam at different times as as when the steam is drawn, it doesn’t affect the boiler. This type of environment is often found in abattoirs and packing material manufacturing.

This boiler design can be fired on all of the standard fuels, but they are also very versatile and can be fired using waste oil and heavy oil fuels. As this style of boiler is easier to maintain and clean than other boiler types, the use of was waste fuels is attractive.

Oil consumption approx.: from 35 kg/h to 1400kg/h
